</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Justin Forsett and Leon Washington will be mere complements to Lynch, but there's nothing to get excited about here. Lynch averaged just 3.46 yards per carry in 12 games with the Seahawks last year and has shown no ability to make anyone miss. We suspect he won't even crack 1,000 rushing yards, meaning the ex-Bill will be highly overrated on fantasy draft day.

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Out since last week, Lynch was seen running on the side of Wednesday's practice and reportedly "looked to be moving well." While Lynch isn't on our radar as more than an unexciting RB3, he should be safe to pick in fantasy drafts. Lynch will finish the preseason with 10 yards on six carries and two receptions.

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Lynch is on track to start Week 1 against a 49ers defense that ranked sixth in the league against the run last season and second in yards-per-carry allowed. San Francisco will be a bit more leaky this year without Aubrayo Franklin and Takeo Spikes, but Lynch's mediocre talent makes him a poor bet for more than 75 yards anyway. He's a low-upside flex play in the matchup.

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>He was "limited" in Wednesday's practice. Carroll's comments sound nice, but Lynch won't be a fantasy option as long as his back is any hint of a concern. He's not any good to begin with. Lynch was a late scratch in Week 7 when his back began spasming during warmups. He may be in for a reduced role against the Bengals if the Seahawks try to manage the recurring injury.
